Transgo HD2 kit - unused parts?
#2
Some of the parts are only meant to be used if you take the trans apart more than dropping the pan and removing the valve body. Read the instructions carefully before you start and everything should be apparent to you. If not then read them again! Some of the settings are personal preference. Read up carefully or the shifts may end up being too harsh and hard on the hard parts in the trans. Someone will fill you in on the details but make sure you read and understand all the directions before you open it up.

From what others have posted, I would probably put everything on the lowest setting there is to start to see how you like it so you can always change it later (can't change anything once you drill it bigger)...

My buddy broke one of the screens on his too, it was the one that Transgo reccomends drilling and putting the spring in. He left that screen out

I had trouble getting the boost valve out. The snap ring came off with a fuss, but once it was in the "free" position, there was a ledge that it was hanging up on. I spent about 15 min upside down trying to file it down and gave up. I left the stock valve in.

Getting ready to do this too... along with billet servo's and upgraded accumulator parts...
