I just got mine today. I still dont know when I am going to do it. I planned on this weekend but my TC did not arrive. But I will let you know how it turns out.

yes I did. I called to try and find out the diffrence. and the guys said... that in performance it is the same thing (compared to the one with the video). But that it is a little more involved than the other one because it has some extra parts. I am a little confused. But I am going to do it anyways.

But yes its the HD!!

None of its that big of a deal... I did mine in like 5 hrs... However it was not a HD... so if it really is more involved.. than prepare to be working on it ALL day long. Just have a lot of choke/carb cleaner on hand.. and you'll be fine, lol.. make sure you use ALL the parts that came with it and read in detail all the directions bc diff. parts used are for diff. setups...

if you have anymore questions.. i would whip out my video and intructions and help out whoever needs it

well if you can hold out until i get back, we can cruise upto phoenix and do em together, because i know 2 guys there that are awesome at rebuilding these things.

I should be getting my HD kit Thursday. Brian at Oregon performance transmission said,
There really isn't much additional work compared to the stage 1. You do have to change one valve that's not in the stage 1 and a couple of different springs. However, there is a huge difference in the performance between the two.
I should be installing it and a couple servos this weekend.
