I have the Sonnax servos as well w/ one washer. I'll be leaving the washers out when I complete my rebuild this weekend (hopefully this weekend). With the sep plate drilled in the right places, you'll feel the firmness, hopefully, without the jerkiness from 1 to 2.

keep the washers in the baggie ! . . . . the firmness is also with the plate, drill out to the smallest hole first.

With no coverter, it's going to feel rock solid when the 1-2 shifting, again, keep the washers out! 2nd gear 70-80 punches will be a whole different story, you'll love it!

I've got pics of the install if you need them.

Cool, I'll keep the washers in the bag. I figure I can fine tune the shifting with my HPTuners after I get some miles on it. I also went ahead and ordered a Sonnax check valve too.

If it's your daily driver . . . no washers . . . get the line pressure back to stock also!

Ain't it da truth. No washers in my 4L60E still seems a tad too firm for 1-2 shifts. I have other issues that I'll be taking care of real soon.
