My truck when I put in drive acts like it's in neutral. But I can shift it manually through all the gears and it feels fine except when in drive and needs to downshift. Then it feels like it goes back into neutral. But if I downshift manually to third it's fine..... what could it be?

 

Forward sprag is broken.
