I have replaced the transfercase and still does the same problem. I replaced the accuator in the front diff, same thing. Any one know or had this problem before? It sounds like the accuator in the transfercase is binding, but this is a used, but different then the one i before. So its not the transfercase.

 

are you trying it in neutral stopped? try shaking the steering wheel back and forth to make it mesh. Also try rolling at like 5 mph for 4 hi.
