transfer case noise

Default transfer case noise

i think the bearing for the front output shaft is bad, its making a hored noise and vibrating , anyone know how hard to overhaul or anyone that sells a beefed up version

It is not to hard to rebuild, lots of snap rings. I have a write up on changing the input shaft for 4l80e conversions, I'll see if I can't get it posted up today to give you a idea of what you are in for.

BTW. is you transfer case a autotrack?

not sure it has the push button controls with the auto 4wd at top

its says 246gm on the tag
