Default trans help

I think I need to start saving for a trans upgrade or new one. Couple options: Find a core, or take mine and rebuild it or have it rebuilt with some servos and all, or an FLT level 3 60E or a performabuilt level 2? kinda need to stay under 2k, hopefully with shipping as well. But let me know some input and things to look in to. Thanks

Why do you think you need to upgrade it? I'm still running my stock tranny with a TG shift kit and a Vette servo...

You know you really shouldn't jinx yourself like that...

Considering the difference between a level 3 and 4 is only $300 I'd suggest saving just a bit more for the piece of mind.

My next mod is gonna be a FLT level 4 with converter - just gotta save a bit more first.

hmmm, good call. but its just a feeling since mine is out of an 02 work truck I believe and its got about 91k on it now.. just a thought cuz I dont think theres anyway I could stop the wear process and all, but its just one of those things haha. I've been thru 2 in 2 different trucks about a month apart from each other. I've been taking it fairly easy tho, but with the cam comin in soon and the tuning its just a worry
