Yea it does...but I must admit I feel lucky today. We were supposed to have a big snow storm that was supposed to start around 6pm Friday night and keep going until this morning, and we didn't even get a flake 
I had the wipers up and ready on my wife's car and my Blazer so I wouldn't catch the snow brum on them when cleaning the big foot of snow off of them lol.
