yes if u loosen them the truck goes down, tighten them the truck goes up, anytime you crank either direction it needs to be aligned.

Mine were NOT cranked the same on each side either, but it wasnt bottomed out like that, 1 side was about 1/2 way & the other was about 3/4 way
