Yep to top it all off after waitin so long to get the torque converter back from PTC. got the tranny pump fixed, installed the PTC converter, put it all in and filled with fluid. Cranked it up got it warmed, and go to back it out of the shop....
Torque converter is squeeling and now we are goin to go swap it for the Good Ole Stocker...

That sucks! Sometimes I don't know why we put ourselves through it. I've been wrenching on mine on and off for a couple weeks. At least I'm not having to tear back into what I just worked on.

Got the stocker put in there and went through 2 heat cycles.
Its been a long day. Lilredevil stoped by at bout 11:30am and put a new pump in my tranny and i put the tranny and tc in. Went for a test run and had just put it in reverse and started backing up and heard the squeeel.. Pissed me off.
Went inside and got a bite to eat and got back on to the swap. Got the TC swapped and went for a lil ride. I dont know what im goin to do now.. PTC wont be gettin any of my buisness any more after all this crap ive been through. I have recieved a TC from PTC 6 times and i have given up on them.. Looks like i need to do a lil more research.. or just kick my self in the butt.
.oh well, atleast my wheels are rolling now. my sisters Camry was starting to get old.. I even had to put a new water pump and belts and antifreeze on it when i borrowed it.. so im always gettin my hands dirty and wrenching on something.

I have to say Nonnnie is a much more patient man than I have EVER been. I got a text from him that said "PTC can kiss my butt" After what those guys have put him through and having to pull out all of that crap he just put in I would not have handled it so well. There would have been a string of curse words that would have made a sailor blush from me. When I went by the shop last night the verter in question was laying on top of a 55 gallon drum with no dents or paint scratches. Had this been me the sob would be in the parking lot 2 door down all beet up and I would have set it on fire!!! Nonnie good job keeping your cool. If you would like me to represent you on a call to ptc I have just the explative for you. It would go something like this...Your verter is a piece of
send my money back...... and by the way
