The problem is nobody knows what your asking. Setting for what? Street driving, drag racing, autox.....................

Optimum settings for both won't be achieved without testing as every truck is different. My rear shocks aren't in the stock location but, I like mine at 6-7 front and 6 rear for street duty and 4 front 5 rear has netted me some decent 60's. I don't know what tires you run at the tract or how much power your putting down so my track setup may not even be close for you.

How did u determine ur spring-rate front/rear? And obviously, what spring-rate are u running front/reat?
