Hears some people say yes and others not mention it. THis would be for a truck that doesn't see much of a payload aside from the occasional weekend warrior trip.

You should be fine as long as you use the shorter bumpstops that come with the new leafs. Mine is not notched.

i need a c notch. Couldn't tell you why though, but i'm at 3" in the rear right now, and i hit, every so often. When i'm at 4" i bottom out, constantly, with nothing in the bed. So a c-notch is in the works. I did shackle/hanger from belltech. I'm told this is a truck by truck issue.

I didn't need a c-notch. I have only bottomed out once or twice ever since having the drop. Use the shorter bumpstops and shouldn't have a problem.

I need a notch. I have less than 3" of clearance in the back w/ lowprofile bumpstops. If I go over a bump or dip too fast, 60mph , I will bottom out. I can't cruise 30mph on these crappy freeways in Houston. I will be getting a notch soon.
