grinding rear calipers down so that 15" wheels will fit?
Holy Crap!
The first one was HELL!
paint caliper...wheel on...wheel off...grind where wheel hit paint...repeat a couple dozen times...
The second one tonight should be a little less aggravating because I know about how much to grind off before EVER sticking the wheel on to check...

Its not that bad Al. You better skip dinner tonite and get busy on the other side. Temps are gonna head south fast when the sun goes down.

i wish i had that problem. alas my 15 inch drag wheels clear my rear drums with ease.

 

Sounds like a tedious PITA, but I'm sure that the results are well worth it Looking forward to pics of the finished product

 

Definitely a PITA...I helped a buddy grind the ones on his '01 Lightning to fit some Bogarts/slicks. We had to take a TON of material off of his. The second one does go quite bit quicker though, like you said.

IT SUCKS !!!!! I did mine about a month ago... I was thinking .... WHY the hell is this better then getting 16" slicks??
