TCC not locking and intermittent P01860 code

Having the exact same issue, bought an harness adapter from Speed Engineering. P1860 Code and no lockup, replaced TCC solenoid and new internal harness. Guess I'll remove that adapter harness and try to swap the pins. Forums are the best.
