what pin numbers are the tcc solenoid wires on the transmission connector? im going to change my tcc solenoid and want to ohm the wires to make sure they are good while im in there.
also, is there any way to narrow in down to the solenoid? i can clear the code and as soon as i put my truck in reverse to back out of the driveway my SES light comes on. the tcc will not lockup while im driving even if i have it ordered to be locked up on HPT. is there anything else that it could be besides the converter? the truck drives and everything like normal, the tcc just doesnt lockup.

What code is set? If the code is setting before you even enter a TCC event, then it is an electrical issue. Can you hear the solenoids clicking when you command them?
And why do you have so many damn trans problems?

its a p0740 code, i tried to command it while i was driving so i couldnt hear if it was clicking or not. so you think it is an electrical issue? i dont know why i have so many transmission problems, im pretty tired of it though

If the code is setting before the TCC is even commanded to lock up, then yes it is an electircal problem. Turn the engine off with the key on, try commanding the solenoids on and off. You should be able to hear them clicking. P0740 is for the tcc soleniod valve, the one that extendes into the pump.
