How can I tell if my torque converter is fried?? My tranny builder said it may be burnt up, but he said I would probably see some metal pieces, and could look where the clutch applies, and it would probably be burnt. I checked, and saw nothing, but I think I busted my pump, and I'm fed up with it now, so I'm taking it to them to get the pump swappe, I just dont want to take them the converter, and it not work, then have to pay to have it swapped back to stock.
