Guys, can anyone tell me what size/thread the TC bolts are? 03 Chevy 5.3 - 4l60E.

Called PI. 10mmX12mmX1.5. I have to get some longer ones in case I (probably) have to shim the TC when I swap out my trans.

 

I ahve never shimmed my converter in all the times i ahve pulled it and have ahd no pump rotor problems.

 

I didn't either, but the TC and Tranny guy say do it if it needs it which I am almost certian it will. Depends on what I find when I pull the tranny whether I actually do it. I'll verify again that the stock TC fits the same way.
