Default TB Converter Question

Hey All,

Quick Question about a TB Converter. I know that the stall speed is increased ~1000 rpm, but does it help with the RPM drop between shifts?

The stock converter drops bad and just wanting to see if a TB verter will help this problem before I drop the money on one.

Thanks
