Default Tapping noise coming from the tranny

Well I got my new cam installed last week and the truck was re-tuned by Nelson's. The other day when I was stopped at a light I heard a strange ticking noise when I started to accelerate at the green light. It is a steady knocking that seams to increase with the throttle. It appears to be coming from the tranny, but I am not positive. The noise only appears when the truck is in gear or neutral, and not in park. Once the truck revs above 2000 rpm you cant hear the tick anymore, but that could just be from the louder noise coming from the exhaust masking it. I thought it might be the new springs making the noise, but it does not sound as if its coming from the engine compartment. Anyone have an idea?

At work we have a fleet of Silverados and they all make that sound.

It appears to be coming from the torque converter area. Any more ideas?
