I just called Hotchkis, and they said that their p/n 2229 SHOULD work on a truck w/ a flip kit. The front is no problem...it's just the rear that they aren't sure of. They said they haven't tried the rear bars on a truck w/ a flip kit.

I talked to a guy that had a DJM 4/6 with hotchkis bars made for a 2/4. He said the rear fit with no problem, but with the front, he had to get some longer endlinks to get them to attach to the lower control arms.

I think that the Hotchkis kit will work just fine on a 4/6 drop. I am going to get them for my truck sooner or later.

I have the Hotchkis sway bars on my truck. The truck is lowered 4/7 using the DJM kit. You will end up using the same endlinks that come with the DJM kit. I broke both endlinks and called Hotchkis to get new ones. When the new ones arrived they were way to long. You actually have to use the DJM endlinks. The other issue with the kit is the rear dogbones are actually a little to long for the application. You can measure and call Hotchkis with the dogbones that you need. They make all different sizes. I am actually using the ones they sent with the kit and they work fine, they just aren't at the optimal angle. If you have any more questions let me know.

Got any pics of the rear dog bones and the angle the bar is at?
