Thumbs down sway bar is hitting the tierod?

well like it says my truck has a small grinding sound when I turn all the way to the right, been bothering me for a few days and finally took a good look at it, well heres the results...what would fix this?

yea I had been hearing/feeling some noises but I thought it was all the snow **** caked in the wheel well

Truck ever been in a wreck? I've never crawled under mine to look and see how much clearance there is but something tells me GM wouldn't design it to be that close. Guys install larger diameter swaybars than stock without issues. I think you got other problems.
