Default Strange noise

Got a rattling/ light grinding noise when pulling away from a stop making a right hand turn. Not sure what it is, i've looked for loose items and can't find any. Any ideas?

Wheel bearing comes to mind. Put a little lateral load on it and the bearings grind, shifts a bit and gets into the rotor dust shield for the rattle.

I'd think that too but i've checked it out and just did them about 2 months (6K miles ago). I hauled some heavy sand last week but the noise just started two days ago so I doubt that's it. I'm wondering if it's not something in the drum brakes sticking. The noise did start the day after I hosed out the rear drums to get mud out of them from a jobsite, maybe a rock is stuck in there or something???
