I agree, you will be just fine. If you need any converter help, just ask....

what size cam are you thinking of installing? reason i ask is you might as well go with the 3-3200 if you dont plan on towing.

I'm curious. I've considered a convertor from time to time. Now that I've got the 4.56 gearing, (Otherwise stock Diablo tuned 5.3), how much stall can I stand and still be able to tow a tandem enclosed bike trailer? And who are some of the more reputable manufacturers of converters for these 4L60E's?

My trans is up to it. Just had Oregon Performance billet servos installed, shop tightened it up and also installed a TransGo shift kit. I can't seem to locate anyone here in the NE that offers a replacement that maintains the lockup feature for a '00.

Thanks

Not really planning on going really big with the cam. Probably 212/212 112
I don't tow a lot but would like to maintain the ability too.

You will enjoy it. Mine is a little looser than that and I love it with stock cam.

You'll love it. It's a pretty tight stall, so in town you don't notice a huge difference. When your right foot gets heavy, things get fun . Mine flashes a hair over 3200.

If you didn't get a tranny cooler, give Chris a call and see if he can throw one in before it ships. Higher stall speed = more trans heat.
