Also after the stall was put in, My truck idles funny, serges while in gear.

i had a issue similar to the surge. may be different but, i took my tt3000 out of my truck and put it into a friends truck. at around 45 it would buck and kick and all kinds of crap. i forgot to set his tcc duty cycle to 99% in the tune. i set the tcc duty cycle high to 99% and low to 90% i think thats what the table was called IIRC. problem went away. the clutch pack, from what i could tell, doesn't like to "slip in" like the stock clutch/converter.
