Default squeal during shift

i think its kinda funny!! but i know its killing the belt. used to i would take off at a stop sign and right before the 1-2 shift i would let off and the belt would squeal, it might still do it. now since i installed the corvette servo and sonnax super hold 4th gear servo, when WOT it will almost bark the 1-2 shift and when it goes 2-3 shift it will squeal the belt. do you recommend investing in some underdrive pulleys or would that make it worse?

It's normal from what I was told at the dealership. My 05' VHO has done it from day one. The belt squeals right after it shifts from 1-2 and 2-3.
The abrupt slowing of the accessory drives from the sudden shift change is the cause of this. I only get this squeal during WOT shifts.

A shorter belt might be a good solution to add a little more tension. Does anyone make and adjustable tensioner? I would think that it would be a good idea!

Mine did the same thing until I installed a dayco poly cog belt on it, which is basically a gatorback. Has'nt squealed since.

Mine will squeel only when I let off right before the shift like that. If I stay in it it will not squeel.
