Default Speed engineering tracktion bar users a little help

got a set of SE traction bars even tho they are new the directions are lacking details and cant really find much online, called SE talked with Marcus he did his best to help but he really dont have any knowledge about them

how much is cut from overload spring?
how tight are the fasteners? (no torque specs anyplace) the bracket that bar connects to gets bolted to the bracket on the leaf spring has one bolt it pivots on and nothing about how tight it should be? see pic white arrow
what settings are you guys using with flip kits?
did you drill the leaf spring for the front mount?

this front pivot point im not liking one bit, its metal on metal its going to wear at some point

Torque goes with fastener size, about 99.99% of the time.

If the bolt is BIG, tighten THE LIVING EFFFFF out of it. If not so big, … use some discretion.

A bolt with a 19mm or so head, as the photo seems to show, would probably be a 12 or 14mm. It probably wants something in the 75 - 80 range if 12mm or 90 - 100 ft-lbs range if 14mm. If the head is smaller, say 15mm, it's probably only a 10mm; give it 45 - 50.

If it's metal on metal, GREEEEEEEZE it. Greeeeeeeeeeeze it until it looks like it's enveloped. BEFORE you assemble it of course. Likewise, if you can find a place you can install a zerk, by all means do so; that way you can pump it up full of Illinois enema bandit juice at will.

I have assassin bars which look similar, I removed overload spring but had to cut middle leaf a little . I just snugged those bolts so there is no bind so it moves freely, also am on bottom hole to make it level with spring eye.
