I can help, I just don't have a place to do it...my garage is too low to jack up a truck, and it's against our CC&R's to do work outside of the garage. That's why I haven't done mine yet.

We did unredeemed's kit and it was relatively painless. If we hadn't needed to make two separate parts runs (replacement screen/filter, then more fluid because we had to take it apart again ) we probably would have been done in 2.5-3 hours.

Where is Yorba Linda? Maybe we could do both of ours at the same time.

I can't do it at my condo, but my parents house is a great candidate! Its in Orange County, Santa Ana to be exact. About 50 miles from S.D. right up the I-5.
If your willing, I am game to doing both. PM me and we will make a date. I havent seen unredeemed on here in a while, hope all is well. This summer seems like it is the busiest I have been through.

moregrip, I think we drilled 6-7 holes on the separator plate.

Not that I recall. There was grinding required on a valve, though, to taper a cylinder edge.
