tranny is out finaly

Default tranny is out finaly

finaly got the tranny out of the truck tryed some ideas were i thought to much and finally it came down to using a hammer screwdriver and prybar. and evryone said i would get a waterfall of atf fluid from the torque converter since i had to leave it attached to the the flywheel and not in the tranny but i only got a couple of drops. it should be thumpin by the end of the weekend

looked around and noticed were i had a punch through one of the holes in the flex plate looks alittle deformed now would i need a new one and if so what does a stock one run for trucks.

Why did you have to leave the verter bolted up?

because when i went to do my cam i put a punch through a hole in the fly wheel and when i went to tighten the crank bplt it turned it up into the bellhousing and i then couldn't turn the motor over to get to all the bolts so i had to do it with out pulling the converter.
