there is absolutley NO difference in strength between a 1 3 or 5 disk TC when teh TCC isnt engaged.

teh extra disks are only an advantage when teh TCC is locked or is being locked while under heavy loads.

IMO a multidisk is only an advantage to those who race and need to lock the TCC in an attempt to better their ET's and/or MPH.

I would also use a multidisk TC in a Bonneville car.
