shifting problems after rebuild

I had my 4l60e rebuilt and noticed that it wouldn't shift to third under a good load. if driving lightly (civilized) it would shift okay. now it feels like there is no third at all. What could be the problems? really need help sorry need to correct spelling

sounds like its slipping on the 2/3 shift... who built it?? can you bring it back?

yeah just pulled it back out and taking it to him to tear back down
