can i re-use a shift kit out of my old tranny that lost 2nd and 4th gear, and put the kit in the new tranny by just replacing the valve body and seperator plate? the kit was only on for about 3k miles...

Yes, I had the Oregon NTP-K51828C Corvette servo in my '08. Took it out because the 1-2 shift was very harsh at light throttle.

I second this one. Add both Sonnax Super Hold Servos to the mix and you will love it.

Make sure there is no tune settings in your trans with this kit. You will not need any tuning. Maybe later you may want to make it shift at a different MPH or RPM but absolutely no pressure settings.
