I am almost poistive he turned the line pressure down since he told me he was going to before the install but i will double check..

it seems like the 1-2 shift is a little more mellowed out today. still spins em on the 1-2 shift but just cruising it seems the 1-2 shift as softened a little...could be me just getting used to it idk..

This is just my .02... It looks like your on the stock converter... My truck did the same thing when I installed my shift kit and servos on the stock converter... Mine shifted hard at WOT and part throttle... Those hard shifts will hurt your tranny... You have a couple of options, if your shifting hard and WOT and PT, try increasing the Force Motor Current table a little bit.. OR you can log and tune your Torque Management... Before anyone freaks about TM, it is actually a good thing, what you do is zero it out, then add it back in, in very small amounts until the shift is quick but does not spin the tires... I actually went faster at the track with some TM in my tune, because on the shift my tires where breaking loose...

Just my .02, do as you want...

Good info to know. I just ordered the TransGo shift kit and vette servo. I guess I can install the servo, but wait on the kit since I also have the stock converter.

Wanna know what happens if it is shifting too hard on the 1-2??

First time
Broke the tailhousing and case.

Second time
only thing that was good was the Pan..

All you want is a nice firm shift.. if it spins the tires, well thats kinda too much.
On a built transmission you might want to look for a slight chrip.

non- Was your tranny deaths behind your turbo? I'm sure that AND the hard shift will do it every time.
