Default The Search for the Right Gears

I'm looking for a little help deciding the perfect gear ratio for my truck, truck is a RCSB 5.3, mild cam, 243 heads, exhaust, etc. Truck has a stock G80 with 3.73s now. I have some 4.11s I bought last year and just haven't installed yet, and am going to order a Detriot Tru Trac posi unit within the next week or two. I drive the truck daily but not really too worried about the gas mileage. Now for the plans later down the road, I plan to go turbo, and I know everyone insist on running a gear such as 3.73 or 3.42s but I'm not worried about spooling the turbo quickly, cause with the right cam/stall setup it shouldn't be a problem. So now I'm stuck on if I want to put the 4.11s in or if I want to get some 4.30s for the truck. I'm just worried the 4.11s won't be much of a difference from the stock 3.73s. Everyday tires are 275/45/20s which is about 29.5 inches. Track tires are 29 by 12s as well.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks - Kyle
