Which running gear ratio?

LOL. Its a locker made by Eaton. they are supposed to break easily as proved buy lots of guys on here. Some how, LOL, I've broken almost everything in my axle but the G80 (knock on wood). When I do break it, Ill replace it with a Detroit TruTrac, like all the rest.

I've got a buddy that has a 4.10 (10 bolt) gear out of a 78, Z-28 Camaro that he says will probably work in my truck. Anyone have any knowledge of this? The price is right.

Pretty sure that's the smaller ring and pinion model. Like 7.5ish. These 8.6s aren't all that tough so I wouldn't try it. That and it's probably not wide enough.
