Default Rear suspension done.....pics.....

Well, after I blew the driveshaft at the October meet, I have been learning and planning the "fix" for the things that when wrong. I sold the S&H drop in the rear, and done a weld in filp kit in the rear, and a 2" coil on top of the 2" spindle in the front. I set the pinion angle to -2.5* to -3*, and had Ray fab/mirror some shock relocation brackets that look stock. Bought some QA1's front and rear(single adj), and welded in my sway bar mounts for a solid rear setup. I used mopar perches, and 5/8" u-bolts from skyjacker. I have a good feeling it is not moving. I found out early this week that my built trans is done, maybe the sunshell is good. I bent the billet output shaft, broke the planets front and rear, case was in multiple pieces ect. So, I dont have a trans till next week, but its just a mild stocker to putt around in for now. I plan on a built DS, and a Stronger trans around income tax. I have to align it, and then put my cal-tracs on. Here are some pics....

still no trans...

I'm not really understanding the need for a "built" driveshaft for your truck. Get a stock steel shaft high speed balanced and have at it.

If you saw his transmission, you would think otherwise...

I don't think the risk of using a stock drive shaft is worth it, he basically just through a $2500 dollar trans is the trash.

I tried that, and I got screwed They bent it and made it worse, had one made, and got screwed, it came apart, I guess I would feel better about a PST DS after what happened. I dont trust stock, all though some have had good luck. but I am going to run a stock DS till I can afford a built one.
