Default Rear lowering kit

Hey all, I have a 2003 Chevrolet silverado 1500. I would like to level it out, but instead of raising the front, instead i would like to drop the back down around an inch. I was wondering what I needed to do this and where I could get it. I was told they sell lowering shackles, is this what I need?
Thanks

2" drop shackles is what you need. Suspension companies like Belltech, DJM, etc. are all great choices.

heres the drop hangers currently installed. i couldnt find my stock ones to do a comparison but there probably about 2" different lol

here are two pictures of my truck w/o the 2" front spring drop and the 2" rear hanger drop so this is JUST the 2" shackles... it woulda looked alot better had i bought the right tire size

just so you can get a comparisson heres my truck with the 2/4 drop

it rides good but you can def tell the diff from stock. like i said though i gotta get some shocks to

sometimes i wish i woulda stayed closer to stock like you did so when i get my motor done it can be a sleeper... but then other times when i get comments on it im glad i did
