Default Raybestos Element3 Rotors? Anygood?

I'm looking at gifting my brother's 2004 Z71 RCSB with PFC pads and Element3 Rotors. He doesn't drive aggressively but is jonesing for non-ceramics.
I want to send him a set of pads and rotors for all four corners. Are these just coated rotors called Element3 or??????
I don't want high dollar or junk if you know what I'm getting at. Coated is not a priority.

Thanks,

Element3 is all I’ve been running lately, mainly for the corrosion resistance.
