Default 4.5 lift

anyone who done with 4.5 lift Im trying get a idea if its worth to lift 4.5 on my 07 silverado classic ext cab. I just wanted lift little, level, add 33'' tires make it look beefy. I dont want lift too high like 6'' ya know....

I ran 33" on just a leveled truck. I liked that look cuz the 33's filled up the wheel wheels nicely.

Suspension only or body lift too? I forget it 4" needs a diff drop or if that is only 6"+ lifts.

Can you share with me your picture? I hate body lift only suspension
