Check out SSBC (stainless steel brakes company) they have a complet 4 wheel slotted rotor and pad set for around $400. They've been around for a long time and that's what I will be going to. Most people recommend Hawk HPS pads. Don't buy Performance Friction pads, they didn't last me 10k miles! My factory pads lasted 115k miles! You could also go back to factory rotors and pads, expensive, but last a long time.

I would be skeptical about a set of 4 rotors for $185 + shipping. That sounds really cheap. I have heard about some cross drilled rotors cracking at the holes closest to the outer edge of the rotor. I would like to know about the quality of metal they use before buying.
Hell, they could be great rotors, just sounds really cheap.
I would go with Hawk pads.

Baer has the Decelerotors which are pretty nice and fairly inexpensive. But I would get the SSBC rotors. Cross drilled rotors tend to crack right where they are drilled. The SSBC rotors are only slotted.

I Have The Powerslot Cryo-treated Slotted Rotors And Hawk Pads. Have Had Them About 20k Miles And Havent Worn The Pads Out Yet. I Have Also Had To Slam On The Brakes From About 75 To 80 Mph A Couple Of Times And No Warpage. The Powerslots Run About 145 Each Front And Rear.
