Default Rattle/Knocking...Help identify any possibilties.

Been hearing a rattle/knocking coming from the TQ/flywheel. It got bad enough to where two of my TQ bolts were missing the heads. At first I thought the bolts had just come loose as they were very easily removed. So I installed new one's (w/ lock tight this time) and the sound went away. Great I thought. A week goes by and the rattle/knocking is back I got under it last night to take a quick glance hoping to see anything I might have missed the first time and saw that the bolts were hitting up against the wall behind the flywheel. I'm not as knowledgeable as most of you but I'm assuming its the flywheel. A buddy blames the TQ. Any clue what could be causing this? What should I look for to identify the problem?

Thanks,

As ask mods to the trans. Could be a restricted cooler causing excessive forward push on the flex plate. Or you could also actually have and engine thrust bearing issue alowing the converter to travel to far forward. The bolts you replaced the originals with are they the same as stock?

Trans has been rebuilt by a local guy. Dont know much other than it has deep pan shift kit servo's...The guy who built it has built a lot of others for the rgv trucks and many of which have lived up to his rep down here.

Warped flexplate was what I had in mind.
