You might want to call Chris and at least ask. He seem to take care of his repeat customers.

I am not sure but I think he takes it on a trade depending on condition.

As mentioned he has helped alot of customers out. If it was in your damaged 60e it will need a cut and clean any way. If its new he may have an exchange option for you.

Either way it is at least worth a call to see if there is any thing he can do.

Worst case you have to sale the other one.
