Default problem when I manually shift in 1st gear after transgo 4L80E

the tranny shifts fine now in "D" but when I drop it into 1st the rpm's build then it starts to move then feels like it hits netural. I have a 03 4l80e with a transgo and 3800 pi triple disk stall.

Are the rear band servo bolts tight with the metal shim gasket under the cover. In manual low the forwrd clutch is applied with also the rear band. How is reverse? Double check your directions make sure you didn't miss some thing.

Probably burned up the reverse clutches and some of the forward clutches.
