Power steering issue

Default Power steering issue

So I have a 96 chevy tahoe and out of no where its harf to turn at idle but if I rev it it gets easier I wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue and how they fixed it

I've seen many many broken power steering pump shafts on those models. Remove your serp belt and see if the pulley slides right out the front of the pump.
