Default Pinion seal Leaking

Looking for some help. Rebuilt a 2007 NNBS 14 bolt rear end and the pinion seal leaks. So I replaced the seal and replaced the yoke. Went on a test drive and there was fresh oil. This axle has been a pain in the butt. Should have just bought a fully built rear end. Any ideas? Could it be due to runout issues, not venting pressure? I have a slight vibration passing through 23 MPHs. The stock 10 bolt had a vibration passing through 52 MPH, but no leak. Everything on this rear end is new. Brakes, lines, driver side axle, true trac, gears, full rebuild kit. Etc...
