pinion gear problem. clueless. need help bad and fast...

got the problem fixed. my g80 blew chunks as soon as i put the 4.11s in. i reshimmed the pinion and used a beefier snap on impact to crush the crush sleeve. the one i used didnt have enough *** to crush it. everything fine and dandy now, installed a detroit truetrac. couldnt be happier.

I used 8.5 gears in my truck. Only issues I ran into was different bearings and races. One had a steeper angle than the other. Changed both the race and the bearing. Workers great. Going on over 30,000 miles since the swap.
