Default Performance Clutch Upgrade

Would like to know if anybody out there is running an after market clutch on a 5speed chevy clutch? I am looking to find one for a reasonable price to replace my stock clutch on a 4.8 liter with custom turbo kit hopfully that will last me until the 6 speed upgrade this winter or next spring! I have noticed that it is starting to slip little when i enter 4th gear at high rpm's. If you have one or know someone who does I would like any feedback possible about likes or dislikes, cost, hp rating on the clutch, driveability. or any other info. Please help me thanks!!!

Your truck specs look kind of familiar.

Just for swap info. To let you know, I took the stock pressure plate and disc out of mine and installed it in my 95 1500 5 speed truck when I went to the 6 speed and it worked fine. So part #s for the older ones will work in yours. Might could give you more choices.
I would personally stick with a lighter pressure plate pressure and use a metalic disc of some sort. Most arn't bad to chatter.
