Default PCS's responce to 6L80 Swap Inquiry

Inquiry from me
Subject: How's the Development coming?

I've been waiting for someone to solve the GM 6L80 swap delima, but have seen no success. My 06 Silverado SS would love to have 2 more gears. How is the development coming? Is it reasonable to believe that there will be a solution in the near future? Thanks for any update information that you can provide.

Scott
Response from PCS
Scott,
We are stalled on the 6L80 stuff for another 2-3 weeks. We have some military stuff that needs to be completed before we can get back on it. I believe we have a good solution for the 6L80. Our interface allows you to use the transmission outside of its normal environment. We do not have a timeline for completion just yet.

Nothing Groundbreaking, but thought there would be some intrest on the subject. Sounds like he feels that it's going to be an option sometime in the future.

That's semi promising...

I need to do something about my transmission, and I would love to do a 6L90e, but don't want to do a complete L92 6L90e combo swap. Looks like I'll be doing a 4L80e swap. However with my luck the day I finish my 4L80e swap, their 6L80e controller will be finished.

My 4L80 started doing some strange things today... I'm looking at my options. Has there been any more discussion on whether or not the 6L80 is an option?
