AP the L boys run 28s due to the huge amount of tq they have thus the larger tires. You feel like you are losing a bit up top due to the 4.10s from what I have read this seems to be a side affect of the 4.10 swap again from what I have read no personal experience. If it was me I would keep what you have and spend that money on cal-tracs.

what type of mileage you getting? my buddy with his 342s gets worse then i do with my 373s. with the 5.3/ 373 setup i was getting 20mpg

now ive been thinking of what tire also. i have a mild build up LQ9 along with 410s and other things. i personally think the 26" would be to much gearing on the juice. they claim for every inch in tire height you lose or gain .09 of ratio. so going with a 410 and losing 4" of side wall you are now around 4.46:1 gear ratio that may be tomuch gearing for some trucks

im going to go ahead and go with 28"... with the 3500 stall im going to need it. Plus i probably will be going FI before too long. M&H has some, Hoosier has some 28x10x16's... if you all need some slicks for around $160 shipped each... let me know and i'll point you in the right direction to who has them at that price (which is the cheapest ive found so far)
