i sold the tcase so it looks like that is going to be done before i make it back to the track. the exact dry weight of the case is 76lb's. 2 quarts of fluid should put it right around 80lbs. there will be some weight added back in for the longer shaft in the tranny and a little longer driveshaft but i dont think it will be much. i probably wont get exact numbers for those 2 things so i will just add 5lb's back. total weight loss from tcase 75lb's

What about that protech bed chevy had out? The one that you could hit and it would not dent? that should drop some wait over an all steel bed..

i was thinking next year when i get crazy with it(4link and big slicks) i will work on guting the bed a little. i bet i could cut about 1/2 the weight off it it if it tried
