for me since i have no OD i run at 65mph with 410s and 30" tires im at 3k in rpms. i know i don have OD since its the same speed as 3rd but when in OD if i let off the gas the rpms drop to where it needs to be and when i do give it gas it slips all the way up to the rpms i need

yes yes thats the exact cluster i have

and i have 285/50 r-20's at 60 i think i cruise around 2000-2200 if i remember right maybe its htat i dont feel it lock up cuz i definitly notice a shift from third to "forth"
